BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I hurt my back in the middle of January, so I decided to go to Dr. Lambe hoping he could do his miracle work on me. He took x-rays and started adjusting my back. After 10 visits, my back was as good as before I got hurt. Thank you Dr. Lambe for your help and God bless you."

  • "From sports injuries, to car wrecks, to carelessness on my part, my lower back and neck areas have taken a beating. At times the pain was so severe I couldn't walk or barely drive a vehicle. Without medication, and through the use of spinal adjustments and deep tissue massage, the only relief and removal of the pain has come at the hands of Dr. Lambe and his caring staff.I urge anyone who is suffering from neck or back pain to pay Dr. Lambe a visit and give chiropractic care a chance. It real"
